Tracy L. Overstreet
Founder & Philanthropy Physicist
Tracy Overstreet has expertise in principal gift and major gift fundraising strategies, and prospecting for principal gift anchor partners.
Principal gift partners are the levers, fulcrums, pulleys, or block and tackle that enable the fulfillment of large campaigns. Without these “anchor donors” as they are often referred to, the “lift” of successfully accomplishing campaigns would otherwise be impossible.
Tracy’s research formed the basis for Philanthropy Physics’ proprietary algorithms to discover high net worth individuals (HNWI) with an affinity to give. He has over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) from the University of Notre Dame and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Duke University. He has held professional certifications as a PMP (Project Management Professional), and CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive). His career has taken him to 40+ countries and includes service as a veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force.
